Lynn achieves this by staying active in various professional conferences and trade shows.


Homeowners, designers, builders, and architects appreciate not only Lynn’s skills but also her sincerity and warmth as she works with them on their interior and exterior window treatment projects. She is passionate about her work and loves guiding her clients to the perfect window fashion solution. Blake, Window Treatment Specialist

Blake is a window treatment specialist dedicated to transforming client visions into reality. He seamlessly combines design guidance, precise measurements, professional installation, and automation programming to create tailored solutions. With hands-on experience across multiple departments, Blake offers thoughtful and practical designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing. He is committed to delivering exceptional customer service with integrity and continually enhances his expertise through ongoing training and certifications from Hunter Douglas. Outside of work, Blake enjoys playing basketball with his wife, tackling home improvement projects, and exploring the great outdoors.

Melinda Henderson, Office Manager

Melinda loves helping our customers with various steps of the process. Whether answering inquiries, assisting at appointments, preparing and tracking orders, or working in our warehouse, she seeks to make your experience smooth and enjoyable. We love having Melinda on our team and know you’ll think the same when you interact with her.

Mark Osborn, Installer

Mark Osborn grew up in the window treatment industry, influenced by his mother, who owned a successful business in this field. With decades of experience, he has gained valuable insights into the process from initial homeowner consultations to installation day. Mark enjoyed a season of installing window treatments in his earlier years, and now at UWF Window Treatments, he occasionally provides additional install support for larger home projects. His commitment to quality work ensures that every installation meets the high standards of the industry.

Mike Fowler, Support Staff

Although somewhat retired, Mike brings a wealth of experience and support. With a background as a warehouse manager at BJU, he contributes his exceptional organizational skills to ensure that the team operates smoothly and efficiently. Mike prioritizes the well-being and safety of the staff, providing a nurturing environment for everyone. Beyond his logistical contributions, he fosters a sense of community among team members, often covering them in prayer. As a delightful bonus, he surprises the team with his homemade whoopie cookies, making him not just a colleague but a cherished part of the UWF family.

Lynn's Story

While an interior design student, Lynn took keen interest in how light control and fabrics could transform a room. Also while in college, a local professional spoke to a class about business ownership—and focused on one entity of design: Window Fashion. So at the age of 19, Lynn began to dream of one day establishing her own window fashions business. Seven years later, she founded what has become known today as Upstate Window Fashions.

Meet Lynn & George

Lynn and her husband, George, are proud natives of Greenville, SC, where they have established their home and family. George works as a loan officer, and his personable nature makes him a favorite among clients. He takes the time to understand each individual’s unique financial needs and works diligently to help them achieve their goals, fostering meaningful relationships along the way.

Lynn is a dedicated mother to her two children, Mark and Elizabeth. Mark is happily married to Jamie, and together they are enjoying parenthood while living in Greenville. They share a love for music, hiking, and spending quality time with family.


Elizabeth works as a nurse in Stuart, FL, and in her free time, she enjoys strolling along the beach to catch as many sunrises as possible, walks with her kitty and pilates. She is also passionate about snorkeling and exploring new travel destinations.

Completing their family and office team is Ruby, our beloved miniature schnauzer and Head Honcho.


Together, George and Lynn cherish spending quality time with their family, hosting delightful backyard cookouts, exploring the beauty of Lake Keowee, and engaging with their church community. In addition to her professional pursuits, Lynn volunteers as a Juvenile Arbitrator, further demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community. Lynn is also passionate about providing the Upstate and surrounding areas with custom window treatments and shutters, ensuring each home reflects its unique style!
